Katoomba High School Reference.
Students and staff from Katoomba High School had the pleasure in April this year to participate in an overseas excursion organised by Frank Hoffman and his staff at Global Sports Promotions. The trip was organised to incorporate seeing unique places while also competing in the Minoan Cup football tournament in Crete. Our trip included time in Rome experiencing sights such as the Colosseum, Vatican City and of course fine Italian cuisine while also spending time in Athens seeing the Acropolis and a once in a lifetime opportunity of witnessing the lighting of the Olympic flame in Olympia. In Crete students played football against schools from around the world. This experience will forever be remembered for the warm welcomed we all received from the locals and also for the long lasting relationships made.
Katoomba High School would like to thank Global Sports and the incredible tour guides for making our trip an experience we will all cherish and forever remember. We look forward to returning in 2018.
